ChatLens is a Chrome extension that helps you search and organize your AI chat history across ChatGPT and Claude. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data We Collect

Stored Locally (on your device only)

• Chat conversations: Your ChatGPT and Claude conversations are stored in your browser's IndexedDB for search functionality. This data never leaves your device.
• User preferences: Settings and search history are stored locally.

Sent to Our Servers

• Email address: When you sign in with Google, we store your email address for account identification and subscription management.
• Subscription status: To verify your license and subscription.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not read, store, or transmit your actual conversation content to any server
• We do not track your browsing history
• We do not collect health, financial, or location data

Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth: Used for authentication only. We only receive your email and profile name.
• Supabase: Our backend for user authentication and subscription management.
• Stripe: Handles payment processing. We never see your credit card details.
